Welcome to CycleRent, your go-to destination for affordable bicycle rentals in Singapore. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. All rental prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of rental.
  3. A valid government-issued ID and a refundable deposit of SGD 100 per bicycle are required for all rentals.
  4. Bicycles must be returned on the agreed upon date and time. Late returns will incur additional charges.
  5. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss to the rented bicycles during the rental period.
  6. Customers are responsible for their own safety while riding the rented bicycles. CycleRent will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries.
  7. Customers are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations while riding the rented bicycles.
  8. In case of any mechanical issues with the rented bicycles, customers must inform CycleRent immediately for assistance.
  9. Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented bicycles. Any damage or loss due to negligence or misuse will result in additional charges.
  10. Customers are responsible for returning the rented bicycles in the same condition as when they were received. Any excessive dirt or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
  11. Customers are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred while using the rented bicycles, including but not limited to parking violations.
  12. CycleRent reserves the right to refuse rental services to any customer who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
  13. By renting a bicycle from CycleRent, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
